2026 TrumpRx Medication List: Discounted Drugs You Can Buy Now

In February 2026, the federal government launched TrumpRx.gov, a new platform aimed at lowering prescription drug costs for Americans.

The initiative, supported by President Donald Trump, offers direct cash-pay pricing on select medications, often at rates comparable to or below prices in other developed nations.

TrumpRx is not a pharmacy. Instead, it connects patients with links, coupon programs, and manufacturer purchase options, helping reduce costs by eliminating middlemen like pharmacy benefit managers.

How TrumpRx Works

  • No account neededbrowse the site and click through to participating pharmacies or manufacturers

  • Discounts may come as printable coupons or direct online cash prices

  • Savings typically apply to out-of-pocket payments and don’t count toward insurance deductibles

  • Works best for uninsured or cash-pay patients

TrumpRx currently offers 43 discounted drugs across several categories:

What Patients Should Know

  • TrumpRx focuses on cash-pay prices, so insured patients may not always benefit

  • Some drugs are available through manufacturer deals, others via participating pharmacies

  • Deals are part of broader negotiations with Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk, and others

  • Goal: Align U.S. drug prices more closely with other developed countries
